BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please ensure you read our booking conditions carefully.

  1. Application of these Booking Conditions

Your contract for any experiences booked will be with the Experience Provider, not Naturebreak. Naturebreak is merely a website collating natural and wildlife experiences within the UK and all bookings are made via the Experience Provider websites.

  1. Price and Payment

All prices listed on the Naturebreak website are correct at the time of publication. As all bookings are made via the Experience Provider websites, it is your responsibility to check the final price at the time of booking as Naturebreak cannot be held responsible for any variations in price vs what is displayed on the Naturebreak website.

Payment terms and what is included in the experience price will be stipulated by the individual Experience Provider.

Prices quoted do not include insurance or transportation to or from the experience. If you cannot locate your booking confirmation email, or if you are unsure whether a booking has been completed successfully please firstly check your junk or spam email folders prior to contacting the Experience Provider.

  1. Changes or Cancellation

3.1 Changes by You

If you wish to make any change to your booking at any time after a booking confirmation has been issued, please contact your Experience Provider. Naturebreak is unable to process any changes to bookings through third party Experience Provider websites.

For any rescheduling or cancellation charges, please see the website of or contact your experience provider. Naturebreak accepts no liability for costs incurred for rescheduling or cancelling any bookings facilitated by our website.

We recommend that you take out insurance cover for cancellation adequate to cover the value of your trip. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

3.2 Refunds and Complaints

If you should ever feel you need to make a complaint or request a refund on the experience you have attended, you must contact the experience in the first instance, as it is their responsibility to resolve the situation. However, we would also recommend you send a copy of this correspondence to us to make us aware. The delivery and quality of an experience is solely the responsibility of Experience Provider and any issues must be handled directly between the guest and Experience Provider. Naturebreak reserves the right to not issue refunds.

  1. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance to cover any costs arising from late cancellation of your booking due to unforeseen circumstances as we are unable to offer refunds in this case.
