Traditional Mongolian Yurt

The perfect glamping experience, the yurt allows you to disconnect and relax in the country side. Set on a working farm near the Rame peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with stunning views of the local country side and even the sea. A selection of beautiful beaches such as Whitsand bay and Downderry a few miles away. Cook on the fire pit, relax in the evening in your own wood fired out door bath, the perfect place to appreciate the night sky.

The yurt is pretty much off grid with solar powered lights, wood fired out door bath and out door kitchen area with a fire pit to cook on. The bathroom has a flushing toilet and hot water for a shower just across the patio from the yurt. The yurt is heated by a log burner which soon gets very cosy and warm! There is a small gas stove to boil a kettle for hot drinks inside. Please note there isn’t a fridge.

The yurt is set on our working sheep and chicken farm with beautiful views across the country side to the sea. You have your own separate entrance from the farm so it’s very secluded there is a large car park which you share with the guests for our other farm stays before taking your own paths to your own accommodations. The yurt is off grid and only has solar power for lighting.
