Outdoor fire pits and BBQ's, farm animals and fields, free from electricity and wifi, perfect for star gazing. A real back to nature experience! Our yurts are cosy and comfortable with woodburners and felt lining to keep you nice and warm. Each yurt has a double bed and sofa bed, ideal for 2 adults, maximum four. Our aim is to run the place as sustainably and self sufficiently as possible. If you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of our resident barn owl, spot a swooping sparrow hawk or prancing deer.

Yurt guests can use the eco friendly composting loos and warm outdoor compost shower (guests love our shower - see the reviews). There is also drinking water and a washing up area available in the field. The loos, shower block and washing up area are shared with other guests.

Plenty of space for kids (or adults!) to play in the fields and a fire pit for campfires and BBQs. Guests are welcome to bring a camping stove to cook on, or cook on the fire pit BBQ. Each yurt has it's own outdoor space with it's own fire pit BBQ and picnic table. If rain's the game, head inside your yurt and cook on your woodburning stove. Otherwise there are many options locally to eat out or takeaway.

We ask that guests bring their own bedding as this helps to keep down our costs and environmental impact; no need to wash bedding after only one night, you can take it home and use it again! If you're not arriving by car, please let us know beforehand and we can arrange bedding for you.

There is a walk from the parking area to the yurt (around 100m). We provide wheelbarrows to transport your stuff! This is a working farm with hazards such as machinery, animals, ponds and uneven ground. Kids will need to be supervised. No dogs allowed due to wildlife and livestock. No amplified music. Parking area is shared.
