Whilst paddling, you'll have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife which can include numerous sea birds, rock pool creatures and grey seals. On the longer trips, you may even have time to explore parts of the area that even the kayaks cannot access and take part in some adrenaline-boosting jumps into the sea.

Facilities and additional information
Equipment needed: You will need to bring well-fitted, close-toed shoes that you do not mind getting wet (wetsuit boots or trainers are ideal), a swimming costume, towel, something warm to wear after the activity, sun cream and a water bottle. All other equipment, including wetsuits, will be provided.
Weather: These sessions run even when its raining! In fact, as you will be dressed to be wet anyway it can be the perfect rainy-day activity. The provider will however postpone or cancel sessions if conditions are deemed to be unsafe; this will usually be down to either strong winds or large waves. As much notice as possible of this will be given, (usually at least 24 hours’ notice), however, sometimes it may be unavoidable to give shorter notice as forecasts are not always 100% accurate. Nevertheless, the instructors make daily risk assessments before running any activity.
Parking: There are 2 pay and display carparks right by the beach at Trevone. Alternatively, if you are staying in Padstow, there are some lovely walks to Trevone.
Food & drink: Trevone Beach Café provides a variety of incredible foods including stone baked pizzas, burgers, or delicious tapas, plus you can enjoy an ice-cream on the beach or a drink in the evening looking out at the stunning sunsets right over the Bay. The café is a perfect place relax and refuel after a day on the water.
Toilets: Public toilets are available by the beach.
Additional info: Please contact Trevone Bay Adventures before your activity if your child is under 12, and all under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate. Please note that a reasonable level of fitness is required for this activity - if you are unsure of anything please contact the provider.
