Full Day Sea Kayaking Trip

Running from 9:30 to 16:30, this full day sea kayaking trip requires no previous experience, making it perfect for individuals, groups or families. 

These guided tours allow you to immerse yourself in the scenic East Devon coastline. Chosen by our expert guides and coaches, the best experience for you will be hand-picked according to tide, weather conditions and your aims.

Our Exe Estuary route from Topsham to Exmouth (or vice-versa) with pristine beaches and an array of wildlife we often go where the tides take us!

Taking in the red Jurassic Sandstone East of Exmouth to Budleigh Salterton, a kayak is a perfect way to explore this World Heritage Site. Tailored to you, some options we can include are kayak surfing, rock hopping, wildlife watching, marshmallow roasting, swimming in inaccessible coves, cooking mussels, making hot chocolate with a Kelly Kettle and mackerel fishing. The possibilities are endless!

Equipment needed: lunch, drinks, and a change of clothes.

Weather: Being a Scottish outdoor activity centre, we rarely cancel due to weather as we are a hardy bunch! However, if it is extremely windy, this can make it particularly difficult, especially for river trips. We will monitor the weather the day before and, on the day, and make that call. If we have to cancel any activities, we will re-book or offer a gift certificate or full refund. However, if you cancel then we will offer a gift certificate or rebook, unless we have been given less than 24 hours’ notice and then no refund or alternative will be offered. 

Parking: There is a car park at the centre.

Food & Drink: Willowgate Café is 10 minute walk from the centre, serving drinks, snacks and meals.
