Introduction

A superb introduction to abseiling for everyone! A 90ft descent means an adrenaline fuelled experience and guaranteed smiles. Fit as many goes as you can into your time with 2-6 people.

If participating in the afternoon please arrive early to park, have lunch, go walking or cycling, to the toilets, as parking is extremely busy in the middle of the day.

Itinerary

We'll kit up, walk along the Monsal Trail to the Millers Dale Bridge and complete a full safety briefing before, one at a time, climbing through the bridge railings. A safety rope attached at all times. After your descent, return via the steps to the top for another go! Return back to the car park, cafe and toilets. Alternately do abandon me at the bridge and head off walking, exploring the valley with its tunnels, stepping stones, bridges and wildlife by the river.
