Join the Natural Survivor team by the campfire and unwind with some spoon carving and woodland cooking. Enjoy the peace and quiet that the woodland has to offer.
Spoon Carving
A wonderful and relaxing activity that provides you with a useful outdoor skill

Woodland Cooking
Try your hand at cooking over an open fire and preparing food without your usual kitchen appliances!
Activities Include:
- The importance of personal hygiene
- Introduction to open fire cooking equipment
- Food preparation
- Cooking styles
- Enjoy a hot tasty lunch
This is a Practical session where you can take home the spoon you make and eat the food you cook.

Facilities and additional information
Equipment needed: All of the clothing and equipment that you bring must be appropriate to the environment and the time of year. Please bring:
- Individual First Aid Kit
- Antibacterial Hand Sanitiser
- Knife Fork Spoon Plate/Bowl Cup
- Water Bottle 1L minimum (Juice Bottle will be adequate)
Weather: This course will go ahead even in adverse weather. So pack sensibly.
Parking: Onsite parking available.
Food & Drink: Tea Coffee and Squash will be provided for the day. All food will be supplied during the course
Toilets: Compost toilets onsite.
