Introduction

Explore the stunning South coast of Cornwall in an immersive guided tandem kayak adventure. By disconnecting from our daily schedules, this slow-paced experience allows you and a partner to become at one with nature to reap the mindfulness benefits.

Koru's South Coast kayak adventure is on the Helford, once busier than the Thames with merchants and pirates, and is now a stunning conservation area home to an abundance of wildlife, banks of ancient oak trees, shipwrecks, mansions, and small fishing villages. The tides and direction you take to mean you can have a different adventure time and time again. There's even the chance for a wild swim, mooring up off the stunning creeks or secluded beaches. And on one of our kayak adventures, we kayak along Frenchman's Creek, the inspiration for Daphne du Maurier's novel of the same name.

After launching, follow the guide who will stop at various points on route sharing information and stories with the group

We often moor up and there is a chance for a wild swim or to explore the shore.
