Introduction

Spend a delightful day outside learning an ancient craft as you weave your own gathering basket. The perfect experience to lose yourself in creativity and get back to nature.

Baskets have been around for thousands of years and the generous Willow has offered us an invaluable material to create many a useful shaped vessel over the years, from lobster pots to cradles, panniers to balloon baskets. In fact, before plastic and cardboard nearly everything was transported in a basket - just imagine!
