Discover an exciting full day out learning about the coastal environment, its life rhythms, conservation and wildlife. During this experience, you'll learn about the tides, discover the hidden wonders of rock pools, as well as foraging for coastal plants, seaweeds and shellfish. To round off your experience, you'll discover all about the local geology and history, then cook your edible finds on a “Swedish Candle“ in a sheltered cove.

Craig has a lifelong passion for the coast, its inhabitants and conservation, and has offered his coastal foraging courses since October 2017. Craig also frequently appears on television as well as running his own YouTube Channel, which has almost 100,000 subscribers.
Craig is a passionate environmentalist so offers £10 cash back on arrival if you travel via public transport or an electric car.

Your experience starts with a meet and greet for around 20 minutes, discussing how the tides work, coastal safety, getting to know customers aspirations for the day.

Next up you'll travel to foraging locations and learning about wild food, the coastal environment, wildlife, history, and geology.

Your experience will end with setting down in a sheltered cove and cook your findings, this will also give you the chance to ask Craig any final questions before the session ends.
