Introduction
To begin your coasteering experience, you will be greeted by a professional, friendly guide and kitted up in a wetsuit, helmet, buoyancy aid and appropriate safety equipment. Your guide will then give the group a full introduction to coasteering including a safety briefing.
Following this, you will start your Coasteering Adventure!
There are plenty of options for all ability levels; we recommend the Hele Bay route if you have a mixed ages/abilities group. For those of you looking for the biggest jumps, we have we can also tailor this route to suit your needs.
We make our way from Hele beach around the stunning coves that stalk the cliffs with amazing views extending across to Wales.
There is plenty of swimming along the cliff base and through the gullies to find jumps ranging from 3 - 33 feet.

Why this experience is great for you

During coasteering, you will learn about the geography of the local coastline, the wildlife which lives here and some natural history of the area.

After completing your coasteering adventure, you will have gained lots of confidence in the ocean and many people overcome fears of heights and waves.

Facilities and additional information
Equipment needed: All equipment is provided, but it is recommended to bring old trainers, along with some swimwear for under your wetsuit and a towel for afterward. Wetsuit boots can be provided if you have no old trainers.
Weather: If the experience is cancelled due to high wind, big swells, or other dangerous weather, then we will give a full refund. We will let the customers know as far in advance as possible.
Parking: A parking charge is not included in the experience price, so please bring some spare change!
Food & drink: There are cafes nearby for refreshments, before and after the experience. It is worth bringing a bottle of water for before and after.
Toilets: Available before and after the experience within 100m of the car park
Additional info: Sessions can be booked for either public or private groups, but please note that households will not be mixed until covid restrictions allow
The experience is suitable for kids aged 8+ in a private group and kids aged 10+ in a mixed group adventure. Participants need to be reasonably fit and confident in the ocean. Participants need to be able to swim 25m in one go.
