Set in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near to Royal Tunbridge Wells, there have been some big changes at Broadwater Warren. Threatened bird species like woodlark and nightjar have returned to nest amongst the mix of heathland and woodland along with adders, bumblebees and butterflies.

Nature reserve: open from 9am (Tuesday 10am) - 5pm

Car Park: open from 9am (Tuesday 10am) - 5pm

  • Accessibility: Assistant dogs allowed, Nearest accessible toilets are offsite and not RSPB owned
  • Equipment needed: Weather appropriate clothing
  • Dogs allowed: Dogs are welcome on the main tracks of the reserve and must be kept on a short lead at all times
  • Toilets: Nearest toilet in Tunbridge Wells, 3 miles (5km) away
  • Parking : Height barrier of 1.95m or 6' 4'', Unmarked bays, 30 spaces
