Enjoy a tasty treat in the forest, just bring along good food and company!

We have two picnic tables located next to the car park for easy access. Or pick your favourite spot along the bank of the East Dart river.

To prevent wild fires and protect this special landscape, BBQs, fires, and stoves are not permitted in the forest.

Take in the unforgettable view from Bellever Tor at the end of this scenic route. Meander through the forest past hut circles and grazing ponies before striking out up to the tor.

Please do not feed the ponies and keep all gates shut in order to prevent cross-breeding with ponies from the surrounding area.
